“Products” refers to organic goods offered for sale or export
“Services” includes all offerings provided by Freshfi Organic
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- Business customers must be validly registered entities
- You must provide accurate and complete information
4. Products and Services
Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free or complete.
Organic Certification: Our products meet organic standards as certified by relevant authorities. Certificates can be provided upon request.
Minimum Order Quantity: Minimum order requirements may apply for export orders and will be communicated during the quotation process.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until order confirmation.
Payment Terms:
- Advance payment may be required for new customers
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, LC (Letter of Credit), or as mutually agreed
- Full payment must be received before shipment unless credit terms are approved
- Payment terms for bulk orders will be specified in the proforma invoice
Taxes and Duties: Prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for all such charges.
Currency Fluctuation: Prices quoted in foreign currency are subject to exchange rate variations at the time of payment.
6. Orders and Confirmation

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Freshfi Organic. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please verify all details immediately and notify us of any discrepancies.
Modification and Cancellation:
- Order modifications must be requested before shipment
- Cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or other valid reasons
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods: We ship via reputable carriers. Shipping method and costs will be confirmed during order processing.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Delivery Terms: Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in the invoice or contract.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Inspection: Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.
8. Export Compliance
Export Documentation: We provide necessary export documentation including certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and other required documents.
Import Responsibility: Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary import licenses and complying with their country’s import regulations.
Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for customs clearance in the destination country unless otherwise agreed.
Prohibited Destinations: We comply with international trade sanctions and do not ship to prohibited destinations.
9. Quality Assurance
Quality Standards: Our products meet organic and quality standards as certified by relevant authorities.
Inspection Rights: Buyers may arrange pre-shipment inspection at their cost with prior notice.
Quality Claims: Quality-related claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, test reports).
10. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs may apply
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Perishable Products: Due to the nature of organic produce, certain products may not be eligible for returns.
11. Intellectual Property

- Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific order

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Freshfi Organic harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
17. Dispute Resolution
Negotiation: Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any customer for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Any other valid business reason
19. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any specific contract documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Freshfi Organic.
21. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
22. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
